A new DPDK release candidate is ready for testing:

This is the last release candidate for 16.04.
Most of the changes are some bug fixes or doc updates.
The release will be closed as soon as every last details will be fixed.
Please check the documentation and the release notes.
If you plan to add a new feature in 16.07, it is the right time to
start talking and making some proposals.
