Thank you for leading the meeting.
As we discussed, there is a communication issue
to get more maintainers attending the meeting.
We can work on the communication with blog post, announce, etc.
As a very first step, I think we need a better format of the minutes
in plain text email. The format below is difficult to read,
missing blank lines, indent, and title underlines.
Another very important communication is to add the date/time
and link of the meeting, and invite for more attendance
at the beginning of the minutes.
