Just to provide an update. It ran on 21.11-staging branch overnight. Not
sure if it was just delayed due to resource contention, or this got a
manual kick - if so, thanks Patrick :-)

Sorry about the lack of update. Yes, it was another git timeout. I simply made the timeout more forgiving (again) and reran it, and in this case it was fine. Sorry for the inconvenience.
