Wouldn't this move it backward? :-)

It would be better for me to move it. I'm in a Daylight Saving time zone,
so this would mean it stays in the same time slot.

I also have an interesting trivia note: It's Daylight Saving (singular),
not Savings (plural). This is interesting to me since almost no one uses
the singular - how did that come to be the case? Maybe it just rolls off
the tongue better.
