I am using this NIC "Intel Corporation 82574L Gigabit Network Connection
[8086:10d3]"

and I tried basicfwd (2nd example from DPDK website) with few changes as it
has only one port. I am trying to just receive the packet. However, I am
not able to receive any packet.
