This now exists here:
https://dpdklab.iol.unh.edu/results/dashboard/preferences/rest_api/ (vpn access
required)
Note that API keys can only be seen once. If an API key already exists, it
might already be used to submit results of an exiting environment as your user.
Deleting the key may break submitting results to the CI. (If this is the case,
just let us know so we can update the CI key, but members should be able to
update the key themselves in jenkins
