This has been already discussed in the meeting, but this is to keep the record

Currently, patchwork report sent as a result of the performance test.

I suggest sending a FAILURE report on build failure too.

Thanks for the reminder. I implemented this last week, but found some issues
when trying to send out the real reports. This should be resolved now. (Using
http://patches.dpdk.org/patch/50073/ as an example.)
