Procedures to check promiscuous in testpmd.
Feel free to give feedback.

> 1. Count number of packets received in testing port for base number
> 2. Disable promiscuous mode in testpmd
> 3. Send packets to testing port
> 4. Verify that the port has received the packets (total packets increased
