Hi,

As some have already noticed, there is a new dependency for DPDK
on systems supporting NUMA.
The idea is to stop re-inventing the wheel and start using specialized
libraries which are well known.

Please install libnuma or libnuma-dev or whatever it is called
in your system.

Thanks

It makes me think that it is not documented yet.
Someone to update DPDK requirements, please?

I'll submit a patch. This isn't required for FreeBSD, right?
