Hi,
As some have already noticed, there is a new dependency for DPDK
on systems supporting NUMA.
The idea is to stop re-inventing the wheel and start using specialized
libraries which are well known.
Please install libnuma or libnuma-dev or whatever it is called
in your system.

Someone to update DPDK requirements, please?
