They are available here:
	http://dpdk.org/doc/archives/dpdk-2.0/pdf/guides/
If you want to build them:
	make doc-guides-pdf
You'll need these packages:
	python-sphinx, inkscape, texlive-collection-latexextra, texlive-collection-fontsextra
