I have some updates to the netvsc driver that use external mbuf's and fix
a couple of bugs. Would you rather:
* new (V11) version consolidating those
* sequence of patches against V10
* hold off until V10 is merged.

Ah 2 weeks, it is too late.
We need it for 18.08-rc1.
I will check if I can get v10.
