Subject: [dpdk-dev] [PATCH 2/2] test/event_timer: improve unit test compatability
Date: Sat, 16 Mar 2019 20:27:39 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20190316202709.11346-2-pbhagavatula@marvell.com> (raw)
Message-ID: <20190316202739.DKl6_E6qWhUFGvR1TqPKGFwQGFBfauP4gX7IS2OfIfA@z> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20190316202709.11346-1-pbhagavatula@marvell.com>
From: Pavan Nikhilesh <pbhagavatula@marvell.com>
Check if eventdev is open system eventdevs i.e. max_num_events = -1
before asserting.
Allow event timer adapter to adjust the resolution using
RTE_EVENT_TIMER_ADAPTER_F_ADJUST_RES and re-calculate timeout ticks
based on the adjusted resolution.
