As far as the lcore_config series is concerned, I did a new pass:
- do we still go with the plan of first introducing the new apis, then
change ABI in 19.11 ?
- rte_lcore_return_code() is unneeded, I will post two app/test patches to
remove existing users
- I continued with removing existing sites where we dereference rte_config
* while existing apis do the job. I can see no conflict with your series,
so I will post them as well.
