Support integrity flow item in MLX5 PMD.
Integrity flow item was described in
commit b10a421a1f3b ("ethdev: add packet integrity check flow rules")

Add MLX5 PMD integrity item support to 21.05 release notes.
Use RTE_BIT64() macro in RTE_FLOW_ITEM_INTEGRITY_* definition.
