A new DPDK release candidate is ready for testing:

There are 23 new patches in this snapshot.

Please test and report new issues on https://bugs.dpdk.org
You may share some release validation results
by replying to this message at dev@dpdk.org
and by adding tested hardware in the release notes.
More tooling and documentation could be added before closing 25.11.
The final release will happen in a few days, before the end of the month.
