From: Yunjian Wang <wangyunjian@huawei.com>

For the tap PMD, we should release mbufs and iovecs from the Rx queue
when close or remove device.

Fixes: 0781f5762cfe ("net/tap: support segmented mbufs")
CC: stable@dpdk.org
