Thanks David, Internally & 7 Dec 2023 based on the covnersation email 
from Bruce & Cristian; the new approach DPDK community should be taking 
is not to use comma seperated DMA instance.

Instead make DMA instances like `dma-1:, dma-2:, dma-3 ... etc`.
