It seems that the vaddvq_u16 is for AArch64 only. It is not listed in: https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-4.6.1/gcc/ARM-NEON-Intrinsics.html And e.g. here: https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2014-09/msg00162.html they ifdef it for __aarch64.
