Subject: RTE_ETH_TX_OFFLOAD_MBUF_FAST_FREE requirements
Date: Thu, 14 Jul 2022 12:46:24 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <98CBD80474FA8B44BF855DF32C47DC35D871C5@smartserver.smartshare.dk> (raw)

Looking at rte_pktmbuf_prefree_seg() [1], the list of described requirements for RTE_ETH_TX_OFFLOAD_MBUF_FAST_FREE [2] seems incomplete. The following two requirements are missing:
- The mbufs must be direct.
- The mbufs must be non-segmented.
