Does this mean:
Device hotplug does not support "multiprocess operation" nor "kernel =
device event notifications on platforms other than Linux".
Or:
Device hotplug does not support "multiprocess operation nor kernel =
device event notifications" on platforms other than Linux.

Please make this note more clear. My English skills are not good enough =
to understand.
