I see that v1 and v2 were missing the "X-Patchwork-Delegate" header, but this one should have worked.
I'll investigate why it didn't, and I'll let you know.

Thanks Ali,

This patch doesn't appear at patchwork at all, it seems the
"X-Patchwork-Delegate" header cause the patch to be ignored by patchwork.

Yeah because an exception is triggered before Patchwork finishes processing the patch.
I opened an issue to the Patchwork project, and I'm waiting for feedback. I'll update once it's resolved.
