There is one missed occurence:
$ git grep 'define.*[^([:space:]]\.\.\..*)' -- drivers/bus/
drivers/bus/fslmc/qbman/include/compat.h:#define pr_debug(fmt, args...) {}

This does not require a new revision, I'll fix it myself when applying.
