A new DPDK release candidate is ready for testing:

There are 46 new patches in this snapshot, for last critical fixes and
some documentation updates.

You may share some release validation results by replying to this
message at dev@dpdk.org.
DPDK 21.11 should be released at the end of this week.
Please think about sharing your roadmap now for the next release.
