One small general comment here. For a number of these DPDK-specific terms
we should provide a cross-reference to locations in the docs for more
information. For example EAL should link to the programmers guide doc
chapter. The kernel modules for DPDK on FreeBSD should link to the GSG
chapter where we explain about their use, etc.
