1：rpmbuild -bp dpdk.spec
2：rpmbuild -ba dpdk.spec
3：rpm -Uvh *rpm
but the env can not use dpdk-pdump tool

There is no dpdk.spec in the DPDK upstream repository.
If you are referring to the Fedora/RHEL packaging, you should contact the
maintainers of this file, i.e. downstream maintainers.
