In the function "eal_parse_args",
    case OPT_FILE_PREFIX_NUM:
                        internal_config.hugefile_prefix =3D strdup(optarg);
                        break;

If the strdup(optarg) return NULL,there will be a segment fault in function
"eal_check_common_options".

The index will get a NULL pointer and crash:
    if (index(internal_cfg->hugefile_prefix, '%') !=3D NULL)
