Currently users have to modprobe v=
fio-pci before running DTS. I figure it is
best if we have:

if config.dut.os_driver_for_dpdk =3D=3D "vfio-pci":
    send "modprobe vfio" to dut
    send "modprobe vfio-pci" to dut

If os_driver_for_dpdk =3D=3D "mlx5_core" of course the vfio modpr=
obe is not needed.=20

And, I assume we do not need to support igb_uio.
