The patch d95c7a669d03 ("mbuf: fix reset on mbuf free") is causing a ~2%
performance regression in 20.11.4-rc1 (50.3 -> 49 mpps).
Testpmd command: build/app/dpdk-testpmd -n 4 -a 0000:82:00.0 -a 0000:82:00.1 -c
0x9000 -- -i --nb-cores=1 --txd=256 --rxd=256 --auto-start
Traffic generator used is TREX with traffic pattern (Ether / IP / UDP).
OS: Ubuntu 18.04
NIC: ConnectX-5
MLNX_OFED: MLNX_OFED_LINUX-5.4-3.1.0.0
FW: 16.31.2006
