The guest is running debian and dpdk 20.11.3  i40evf PMD on VF and Host run=
ning
i40e 2.12.6.3 on PF.=20
When the guest comes up and initializes it fails with the error.
i40evf_check_api_version(): PF/VF API version mismatch:(0.0)-(1.1)
i40evf_check_api_version(): PF/VF API version mismatch:(0.0)-(1.1)
 i40evf_init_vf(): check_api version failed
 i40evf_init_vf(): check_api version failed

This happens only rarely. 98% of the time init is fine.
