[dpdk-dev] [PATCH 19.11 V2 00/12] Miscellaneous fixes

This series of patches includes fixes for issues seen with
6WIND fast path, built on DPDK.
The patches are in 6WIND version of DPDK, and should have been
upstreamed a long time ago.
