[dpdk-dev] [PATCH] app/crypto-perf: fix mempool create call failure

Using a small number of sessions results in rte_mempool_create call
with cache_size > n, which fails. There is no need to cache the elements,
as there is no performance impact.

This patch should not be for stable. As the patch which introduced this issue is still not released.
