The following is Huawei hns3 PMD and DMA engine roadmap for DPDK 22.03
release:
* Support Tx prepare for bonding
* Introduce dump queue info API
* Introduce dump ethdev private info API
* Suppport dump version info for proc-info
* Suppport dump RSS info for proc-info
* Suppport dump optical module info for proc-info
* Support DMA engine for Kunpeng 930
