1. change cases from 2 queues to 8 queues( maxime queue number supported) . 
2. forwarding packet size change from 64b to 8000b(due to testpmd usage limitation, sent 8000b packet by using 2000,2000,2000,2000) when test mergeable path, such can test mergeable feature more sufficient.
