As commit 53d3f4778c(vhost: integrate dmadev in asynchronous data-path),
add new testsuite dpdk_gro_lib_cbdma for coverage the DPDK GRO Lib
test with TCP/IPv4 traffic with CBDMA.
Currently, we need to modify DPDK code and re-complie to test, after the
developer's patch been merged, we will delete the modify DPDK code step.
1) Add new testplan dpdk_gro_lib_cbdma_test_plan into test_plans/index.rst.
2) Add new testplan test_plans/dpdk_gro_lib_cbdma_test_plan into test_plans.
3) Add new testsuite tests/TestSuite_dpdk_gro_lib_cbdma.py into tests.
