[dts][PATCH V1 1/2] test_plans/basic_4k_pages_cbdma_test_plan: delete dma_ring_size parameter

By DPDK have removed dma_ring_size parameter, so
delete dma_ring_size parameter from
basic_4k_pages_cbdma testplan.
