[dts] [PATCH V1] tests/kernelpf_iavf: optimize script

to be compatible with i40e's mac rules and ensure that vf's mac address remains unchanged, 
reset vf's mac before the test starts.

"iavf_dual_vlan_insert" does not need to test dcf mode, which is the same as
the case "ice_dcf_dual_vlan/test_dcf_vlan_insert_in_pvid_enable" test.
