There is some performance degradation when using MPRQ on the receiving side even for a small packet size.

I have generated traffic from a remote of a packet size of 64 bytes, in fwd mode flowgen, with all the performance parameters as in https://fast.dpdk.org/doc/perf/DPDK_22_11_NVIDIA_Mellanox_NIC_performance_report.pdf.
