Forgot your Hotmail password and don’t have access to the recovery phone number
either? You’re not alone and yes you can still pass the Hotmail Password Reset
test. To get access to your Hotmail account without a recovery phone number or
email address, you need to visit https://account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx.
This link will take you to the Hotmail account recovery page, where you need to
enter your email address at first and click on Next. In the next window, you
need to select “I don’t have any of these” if you don’t have access to any of
your recovery email or phone. According to your account setup, you might need
to answer some security questions or details about your Microsoft account. Fill
in any email address that you have access to so that the Microsoft team can
