1) Create a script that installs all the packages that DTS depends on.

2) The script should have a flag using which the user can list all the pack=
ages
and the versions of those packages that DTS depends on.

3) The documentation should be changed to indicate the existence of such a
flag.

4) Does DTS need a policy on when to switch to newer versions of these
packages?

Here are the lists of modules necessary to run DTS:
OS packages: python3-dev, python3-pip, libpcap-dev, libpq-dev, python3-dev,
scapy, lldpad, python3-pyelftools, python-pyelftools, ninja-build.
Python modules: pexpect, pcapy, xlwt, xlrd, docutils, configparser, argpars=
e,
numpy, scapy=3D=3D2.4.4, pyelftools
