Technical board is providing proper minutes of their session. It is 
clearly open discussion, properly logged with proper minutes.

So, please, do not forget that per the charter we had defined, the 
Governing board has to send their minutes too.

I think we need to announce the composition of the Governing Board first.
Jim, do you want to do the announce, or should I?
Then please publish your minutes to make decisions transparent.
