Hi Mike,

The budget was created by Laura Kempke back in March (IIRC) - we had 2-3
go-arounds before we arrived at this. I completely agree that the budget
will need to be re-worked - as I said, I intended it only to be a
reminder of what we had before, and a basis for discussion.
