[spp] [PATCH 0/2] Fix bugs of SPP container

Hi,

SPP container has problems for launching some of app containers. This
series of patches is to fix the bugs.

* Not defined env variable RTE_SDK for launching DPDK sample apps.

* Failed to lauch testpmd app because its launcher includes a invalid
  char codes.

[spp] [PATCH 1/2] tools/sppc: fix bug of RTE_SDK not found

Environmental variable RTE_SDK should be defiend in containers running
DPDK sample apps to find compiled binary, but not defined and failed to
launch. This update is add the variable as config activated while the
container is launched.
