Then what should I do?
Are there any substitute on it?

If yes, please let me know.
In my understanding ,there are some part which
points SURICATA-4_1_1 and I have to change it.

e.g. 
spp/tools/sppc/build/main.py

Answer> assumption is you have tested and added the same. I am not able to get
it working. So I raised the ticket. Can you confirm your finding?

Hello Vipin,

I confirmed that with using DPDK20.02,
git url should be changed.

I changed the status of ticket to "Confirmed"
and also plan to revise the document in future update.

Hello Vipin,

I will plan to issue document patch. 
Change is as following:

Add note in 1.5.10 "Suricata Container"

Above version of suricata is experimental. So it is limited or not working from
functionality view point.

following project https://github.com/vipinpv85/DPDK_SURICATA-4_1_1, is part of
github activity. I do not understand your claim `suricata is experimental`.

as suricata project is different from DPDK_SURICATA-4_1_1
