SPP is application which assumes the following usecases. https://doc.dpdk.org/spp/setup/use_cases.html https://doc.dpdk.org/spp/spp_vf/use_cases/index.html SPP rarely allocates memory in dynamically and thus SPP document guides users to alloacate enough memory by using "--socket-mem" option.
