Note it hasn't been pushed to http://dpdk.org/browse/dpdk-stable yet.

Subject: [PATCH] mbuf: fix VXLAN port in comment

IANA assigns a destination port of 4789 for the VXLAN in the Service
Name and Transport Protocol Port Number Registry. This is mentioned in
RFC 7348.
