Thanks Luca and Bruce.

Re-tested on FreeBSD12 with clang and gcc.
s/CONFIG_RTE_EXEC_ENV_FREEBSD/CONFIG_RTE_EXEC_ENV_BSDAPP/ and pushed to
18.11 branch.
