Hi,
I am using OVS + DPDK, is there a way to disable offloading for the dpdk
ports ?
equiv, ethtool command - ethtool -K enp0s20f0 rx off tx off tso off gso off
gro off sg off
also, is it possible to run into out of sequence packet with offloading
enabled ?

No, the kernel device driver (enp0s20f0) is not used with OVS + DPDK.
The DPDK provides API's to use TSO. There is no GRO equivalent in DPDK.
This is more of an OVS question, not a DPDK related question.
