DPDK is a project under the Linux Foundation.
It is not required to join Linux Foundation to participate, but if you want
to join see https://docs.linuxfoundation.org/lfx/organization-dashboard/membership

DPDK is a open source project so you are free to do with it what ever you want.
If you want to add more to the existing test reports, that is handled on the
dev and web mailing lists.
