Hi Mahir,

Please provide:

1. Hardware model and DPDK version.
2. Exact flow rules, either as code or as testpmd commands.

Try checking the documentation of the PMD you use for limitations.
For example, MLX5 PMD does not support IPv6 5-tuple (src+dst).
